I am a mother, a veteran, a christian, a counselor and a survivor. I have a passion for my work and I pride myself in caring about the interest of my clients and their concerns. I know that sometimes life hurdles prevent us from living the life we so richly deserve. From time to time we may face difficulties in our life, our relationships or finding a peace within ourselves. I utilize an individualized, integrative and eclectic approach in therapy to assist individuals in reaching their self-determined goals. A genuine care for outcome combined with therapeutic concepts, a non-judgmental attitude and unconditional positive regard serve to enhance the therapeutic team between client and therapist.
