I do close the cultural gap as bilingual-bicultural Spanish therapist – I proud to say I have been making a difference in people’s lives, this is my passion. Introducing clients to personal awareness, exploring the core of values. Utilizing experimental Therapy based on CBT, I help clients identify the core of values the beliefs about “self” and “others” formed in childhood, permeate adult’s expectations and influence their perceptions, coloring their experiences. This is a very effective therapeutic modality to change self-defeating behavioral patterns.
