Mind to Mindful was formed to address the rapidly emerging field of mindfulness-based therapy. Our program offers both mindfulness groups and mindfulness-based individual therapy. Although the training of each teacher and therapist in our program varies, they all share an excitement about the growing body of research which shows how mindfulness practices reduce stress and enhance happiness. With 40 locations throughout Northern and Southern California, clients can be seen either in person or over our confidential video conferencing connection. Numerous scientific studies have documented therapeutic benefits for the treatment of depression, anxiety, pain and chronic illness. Mindfulness training can provide great benefit either as an adjunct or as an alternative to psychiatric medication and psychotherapy.
