I am passionate about helping people overcome past traumas, insecurities, and other patterns that impede their ability to form deep, healthy relationships with their partners using a brief treatment method called Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I also enjoy helping couples prepare for marriage or work through communication issues, incompatibility, sexual issues and infidelity. Whether you are struggling to get along with your partner, healing from an unhealthy relationship from your past, or wanting to resolve the little nuances that can become big problems before you say “I do,” The Relationship Wellness Center can help. I have worked to develop my skills as a sex, relationship, and trauma-focused therapist. As an AASECT member, I have trained with some of the nation’s best sex therapists.
