Therapist Overview

In my practice, I specialize in working with people who want to improve their relationships, whether that be with others or themselves. I can help you understand your feelings and help you find tools to make more fulfilling choices in life, whether that be with your work, friends or love. I also work with passionate couples who are having challenges breaking negative patterns that keep them from growing as a couple and who want to have a more loving, trusting relationship. I am currently out-of-network with Aetna. My clinical experience includes working with teenagers, adults, couples and families who have to deal with anxiety, depression, substance use and trauma. I consider myself a culturally sensitive therapist who has worked with people of many backgrounds. I have also worked extensively with the LGBTQ community. I am a trauma-informed therapist with experience working with those who have had difficult childhoods or have survived sexual abuse.
