Psychotherapy is a journey to greater self-knowledge and authenticity. I like to help people as they ask difficult questions about themselves, work on barriers in their lives, and seek to be the most genuine versions of themselves. I am a licensed psychologist, working with adults of all backgrounds and ages. My approach is to partner with individuals in active and challenging ways as they explore their issues in a safe and compassionate environment I have experience working with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, and culture-related stressors. I am a bilingual therapist, and practice in English and Korean. Throughout my training, I have worked in college counseling centers, inpatient units, and community clinics. I completed internship at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, and am currently working there as a staff psychologist.
