Therapist Overview

I hold a firm belief that all people hold the knowledge and wisdom within themselves needed to heal, and that the therapeutic relationship can help you access these parts and become your most authentic self. I practice from a place of intuition and curiosity about your process, and hope to allow you the space to grow in ways that feel genuine to you. Specifically, I specialize in working with those struggling with eating disorders or difficult relationships with food and their bodies. I aim to help guide my clients in the exploration of the “why” behind their thoughts and emotions surrounding body image and food, and to find concrete tools to help challenge core beliefs that are no longer serving them. If you are in a place where you are ready to change your relationship with food, your body, and yourself and want a safe place to explore these themes, then we may be a good fit! Please feel free to reach out to me to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation.
