I am a results oriented therapist and have been known to move clients forward in their thinking and emotional pain. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, self harm, and developmental trauma. I love the brain and use the brain as a vehicle to understand why you might be feeling so emotionally drained. I have eighteen years experience working primarily in inpatient settings (children’s hospital, children’s residential, diagnostic setting, and women’s prison). I recently worked at an outpatient counseling center in the college setting. I have learned to specialize in trauma and healing through the use of Tapping, EMDR, Cognitive Therapy, and Dialectic Behavior Therapy. EMDR requires specialized training to perform.
