My focus in therapy is to: 1) assist clients to clearly identify the root causes of the challenges and difficulties they are dealing with; 2) ensure client safety and stability, and; 3) work with each client to identify solutions which they feel will best address and resolve their unique life situations. I do not use a one-size-fits-all, or cookie-cutter approach.
