My job as your counselor is to help you figure out your goals, learn how your old habits and coping strategies no longer serve you, and help you access your inner wisdom. I am a nationally certified counselor and hold a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Lewis and Clark College and a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Portland State University.
