Therapist Overview
Hello! I’m Meredith, a compassionate therapist specializing in Holistic Therapy with a focus on Mind-Body connection. I know life throws us curveballs, and I am here to help with Anxiety, Chronic Stress, Big Life Transitions, Financial Wellbeing, and Living as a Sensitive person in this world.
My educational journey is deeply rooted in the integration of mind and body wellness. With a Master of Arts in Somatic Counseling Psychology and Dance/Movement Therapy from Naropa University and certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I embrace a holistic approach to well-being.
My thirst for adventure in my 20’s led me around the globe, from studying abroad in Spain, China, and Costa Rica to volunteering in diverse cultural settings. These experiences have broadened my perspective and allowed me to connect with people from various backgrounds.
