I have a heart for those wrestling with perfectionism and spiritual struggles. For over ten years, I’ve worked with adults coping with anxiety, depression and a history of trauma. My approach is to be empathic and collaborative. We can work together to identify faulty belief patterns that may be keeping you back from where you want to be in your life. I have experience in a number of therapy approaches. I believe that intimacy with God is key to change. True change occurs when we know who God is and who we are in Him. For those seeking Christian counseling, l am able to integrate this faith into therapy. At the same time, I have experience working with people with different worldviews.
