Being human can feel like such difficult work. How to live life fully awake and alive, openhearted and embodied? It can seem like an insurmountable task when we are confused or stuck, and desperate for some opening. I provide companionship and guidance to support you along your road, to find acceptance and an open heart amidst change. I help you to access different ways of internal knowing in order to come through experiences of grief, loss, shame, relationship challenges, spiritual crisis, physical health issues and trauma, to a greater sense of purpose and a life fully lived. My practice is influenced by somatic therapy practices, including NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and Somatic Experiencing. I primarily work with developmental and relational trauma, supporting clients to identify what they are most wanting for themselves, and exploring and shifting the survival strategies that may no longer be serving them.
