Therapist Overview

*Not currently accepting new clients* My passion is supporting and empowering people through challenging experiences, whether that be stress, life transitions, caregiving challenges, health issues, depression, anxiety, insomnia, grief, trauma, or issues of identity. I enjoy supporting people who have experienced oppression, discrimination or marginalization as well as people dealing with cultural, international and immigration stresses. I believe that my role is to be both a witness and a guide in helping you to reconnect with your strengths and find increased joy and resilience in life. I am deeply committed to social justice and strive to provide a welcoming, comfortable and affirming space for all, where no topic is off limits. I provide individualized treatment to each person that I work with. I often utilize EMDR, CBT, ACT, as well as teach coping skills and mindfulness techniques. I would be honored to explore the challenges you are facing together with you. If you are ready for support on your journey, please contact me to for a free phone consultation and to assess if we are a good fit.
