Therapist Overview

My goal is to help you live your absolute best life while being your most authentic self. Join me in my therapeutic space to create a world where you feel confident, empowered, happy, and fulfilled each day. Sometimes life can make us feel overwhelmed, fearful, sad, or stuck. We find ourself ruminating on our past and simultaneously feeling overwhelmed by the future- the consequence being that we are not fully present in our relationships, at work, or most importantly with ourselves. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety/depression, grief, and relationship issues. I offer weekly psychotherapy utilizing a strengths-based approach to help increase self-insight, self-esteem, and seIf-compassion. I offer Art Therapy and Brainspotting as two unique and integrative forms of therapy treatment. Start with a free 20-minute consultation! Contact me via phone at (615) 669-2185 or e-mail at [email protected] to schedule today.
