As a solution-focused therapist, I will work with you to discover the things you are doing well or have helped your problems in the past and how we can build on those skills or traits to help you reach your goals. I also have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression/anxiety and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. I believe in meeting you where you are but helping you to set goals to get where you want to be.
