I teach people to be aware of “how” they are creating what they are having… when they know how they create it, then they now have the power to change it- IF and WHEN they ( not spouse, family, friends, or me) want to. Creating change is a person’s REAL POWER. Assessment of needs is done in a safe, comfortable environment utilizing Individual, Couple, Family, and Group settings. I am not a shy, “laid back” therapist. I believe in quickly confronting the problems, issues, and struggles that people encounter in dealing with their relationships, their work and career, their kids and family, their finances, their emotions, and their life circumstances.
