I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I offer individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and psychotherapy supervision and consultation.. I am grounded in psychodynamic relational theory and I also use a broad range of methods and theories to tailor therapy to the goals and needs of each individual or couple. I am also an Emeritus Associate Professor at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University. And I supervise therapists in training and in practice and have taught supervision seminars at several New York postgraduate training institutes. I work with adolescents and adults who are coping with anxiety, depression, loss, life crises, problems in intimate relationships, and troubling patterns of behavior. I have extensive training and years of experience in psychodynamic psychotherapy, couples therapy, Schema Therapy, and CBT. In my work with patients, I aim to provide collaborative, supportive, yet challenging experiences in which patients can access their inner stren
