I work with clients on navigating transitions & dealing with feelings of anxiety & depression, as well as overcoming past traumas. My experience has been in recognizing & processing what may be bothering us, understanding patterns & relationships, practicing mindfulness, & incorporating techniques from CBT, Narrative, & Solution Focused therapies.
