I am here to support those individuals heal and overcome the impact of traumatic experiences. I also support individuals struggling with self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, stress, and mild to moderate eating and weight disorders. I’m trained in Transpersonal Psychology and work to provide holistic treatment that incorporates mind, body, and soul.
