As a therapist, my goal is to assist my patients in increasing awareness and understanding of their unhealthy coping and behavioral patterns that are detrimental to living life to it’s fullest potential. I am here to assist patients who are struggling in life due to difficult situations they might be dealing with such as the death of a loved one, marital or couples conflict, trauma, depression, anxiety, self esteem issues and/or family issue. I have 5 years experience working with children and their family in a community base mental health clinic. I have 7 years experience working with adults and older adults in a outpatient clinic.
