Therapist Overview
I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. I feel deeply honored to journey alongside my clients as they face the challenges of being human. I value creating a space for my clients where anything can be said and explored without fear of judgment. I love helping individuals identify and embrace all parts of themselves, even their dark or “shadowy” side. This process can lead to greater self-esteem and authenticity. Many of my clients describe feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. This can manifest as perfectionism, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and an inability to make changes or decisions. I work best with people who are curious and open to learning about themselves and their relationships to all areas of life. I help individuals with an array of challenges, including substance use and recovery, trauma, sexuality and gender, anxiety, family issues, and life transitions. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process. If you think I may be a good fit, I’d love to share more about my particular style and approach. I’m committed to you finding the best therapist for you, so if that isn’t me, I’m happy to provide you with referrals.
