I believe people have the ability and strength to heal and change, sometimes we just need a little help in getting there. Through an integrative approach, I help clients recognize their strengths, and explore their patterns to help them realize their full potential. I believe that the core of therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship – my practice style is warm and empathic – I truly enjoy getting to know my clients, and I believe the relationship between therapist and client is essential in change. I have expertise in working with women in the perinatal period. Whether you are struggling with infertility, anxiety or depression during pregnancy, or postpartum anxiety or depression, I work with women to understand what they are experiencing and work together in developing insight and coping tools.
