**Accepting new clients** “Never underestimate the power you have to take your life in a new direction”. I understand seeking out therapy can be a difficult decision. My goal is to assist you in uncovering your true potential. In life, we encounter many challenges and sometimes these challenges can be too difficult to manage on our own. Together we can work on exploring the root cause of these emotions and behaviors that have made it difficult in dealing with life’s challenges and have negatively affected relationships. My goal is to provide a safe environment where we can openly process your emotions without fear of judgment. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I also have additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and find this an invaluable approach in working through trauma.
