Therapist Overview

If you struggle with Stress, Anxiety, OCD or OCD Spectrum Disorders (BDD, BFRD, Excessive Worry), or are in a relationship with somebody who does, you know that these difficulties impact not only the individual but also relationships with others. This is especially true in marital relationships, parent-child relationships, friendships, or even work relationships. Over the past 30 years, I have done original research on how couples cope with stress and have had experience working with a broad range of clinical disorders. I have developed a unique approach to addressing relationship difficulties (Decision Triangle Solutions) and have found this approach to be a helpful addition to traditional CBT treatments. I know it’s scary to talk to a stranger about your struggles. With me, you’re not just “a case.” I really pay attention and remember you, even if I haven’t seen you for years. I have “seen it all” and don’t get shocked. My approach is to work effectively and efficiently to get you on the right path so that you can get on with your life.
