Not currently taking new clients as I am out on maternity leave. Ultimately, I believe that life is a journey and not a race. Our experiences might have shaped our journey, but they do not have to define our future. I am a strength based counselor that aims to assist my clients in using their own strengths to navigate their life by providing unique and authentic support. I believe that our journey in life is not always in our control however we all have strengths that we can use in order to gain balance in our life. Coming to therapy and seeing me, will assist you in finding your strengths. We will do this as we walk the journey together in therapy. My practice focuses on empowering the individual, couple, and family. I use a combination of techniques depending on the client’s needs. I am a solution focused therapist that understands the impacts of both systems and oppression in daily life. I am here to walk with you and beside you while you navigate your time in therapy.
