If we are not liking our results, We can challenge our old belief patterns we develop in childhood and through our life experiences (To include Trauma, Relationships, addictions, codependencies), become honest with ourselves and accountable to the part we play in our life situations, and learn to love all parts of ourselves (both light and shadow) which often times allows changes within our external life as well.
