You’re stuck in this prison with no way out. I am a straight-forward, caring person who uses just the right amount of humor to help you get past the discomfort of talking to someone you don’t know about difficult things. I also do not ask trauma survivors to discuss details of trauma in our first meeting. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years, and I know what works. You’re going to learn how to deal with anxiety and troubling things from your past so it doesn’t stand in your way anymore. You’ll be able to go into public places without having to plan ahead to manage your anxiety. You’ll be able to do the things you love with the people you love.
