My joy is empowering my clients to live the life they desire by holding space with them as they journey towards change and redeeming family legacy. I enjoy creating a unique therapeutic experience where young adults address their holistic health. I have special interests in supporting trauma survivors via trauma focused CBT, transitions through college to the workforce, youth aging out of foster care, persons with relational stress and new/cooperative parents via the positive parenting program.
