I am passionate about empowering people to live their best lives on their terms. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, no judgement. I am Intensively-Trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am also trained in providing Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR for those dealing with complex trauma. I am well versed in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and believe in Person Centered Focused care. I believe in truth and kindness in practice.
