These views shape how we show up in the world and dictate what we feel we deserve and what we can achieve. Four principles of my therapeutic practice include: addressing shame, challenging negative core beliefs, building self-awareness and creating self-efficacy. I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy & mindfulness based self-compassion.
