My office is located in a non-traditional setting where I have teamed up with a massage therapist, to provide a calm environment for you to address your current struggles. My hope is that you are able leave the stress of life at the door and discover new ways to have that stress decreased or hopefully be eliminated. Whether it is for yourself or your adolescent, I provide individual, family and couples therapy. I believe that issues in a family are not due to one member but the unit as a whole, and that is how I focus therapy. With over 20 years experience in the mental health field, 13 of which as a counselor, I have used many different therapeutic techniques. The one I use the most is Solution-Focused Therapy. Through this technique, I hope to identify and build upon your strengths to replace areas of weakness.
