Therapist Overview
In my practice, you can expect to be welcomed with warmth and compassion. It is a “come as you are” experience, where you are encouraged to show up “as is”, knowing that your best work will be accomplished from an authentic place where you are able to engage your strengths and challenges in the moment. Together we will identify your strengths, beliefs, values, and goals, and incorporate these in an individualized plan for growth. My practice is informed by more than 20 years experience, helping individuals and families in a variety of settings including outpatient therapy, teen drop in centers, residential treatment, emergency rooms, hospitals, schools, and in the community. I incorporate a number of evidence-based practices in my work, in addition to mindfulness and meditation. Practice specialties include working with individuals ages 18+ on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship challenges, stress, life adjustments, and goal setting among other issues. If you have questions about whether your need is a fit for my practice, I offer a free 10 minute consultation call to determine the best fit for you.
