I work along-side my clients to collaboratively and empathetically encourage personal growth and allow clients to thrive. *I am currently not taking any new clients As a therapist for Counseling Center of Maryland, I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which incorporates research-based techniques to help clients struggling with extreme emotional dysregulation, mood disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, PTSD, anxiety/panic disorders, risk taking behaviors and other impulsive behaviors.
