Therapist Overview
For the past 28 years I have worked with adults, children and families who have faced a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, HIV/AIDS, sexual assault and issues with peer and personal relationships. I view therapy as a partnership and my approach in working with you is to help you identify your strengths, enhance/learn coping skills and challenge you to become the person you aspire to be. I am a very interactive therapist who believes that people are often more resilient than they realize and are truly capable of change. As a therapist and artist, I bring a lot of creativity to my practice. My office is located on the second floor and is not handicapped accessible.
