Therapist Overview

Sometimes, it can feel like life is tossing you around. Whether it’s something that happened in your past, current circumstances that feel impossible to overcome, or something else entirely, I believe it’s possible to gain more agency over your sense of wellbeing. I’m trained in marriage and family therapy. I work with children, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, life transitions, and more. I’m certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and I’m trained in EMDR level 1. I love many things about my job, but I particularly enjoy taking the mystery out of therapy by collaborating with my clients as they walk toward goals of growth and healing. Feel free to call or email me with any questions you have. I would be glad to walk with you toward your goals.
