Does your tween or teen need help? I have been working this age group for over 10 years and I can help your child overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, transitions, or relationship problems. Whereas many of us cringe to recall middle school year, I feel passionately about helping kids through this difficult time. I teach them how to manage big emotions and develop strong healthy beliefs about themselves and their abilities. I work to create a warm, nonjudgemental atmosphere where children, teens, and families feel safe and comfortable expressing themselves. I listen to my clients so they can feel respected and understood. During this unique time, all therapy is done through secure video calls. Even though we’re meeting remotely, I can still provide high-quality services. I’ve found this method can actually ENHANCE the therapy experience! By getting to know my clients in their home environment, the work we do is more personalized and applicable to their current circumstances. I am part
