Therapist Overview
Are you anxious, worried or upset about your relationship, job or life in general? Do you feel disconnected in your relationship and long for deeper connection? I aim to offer a non-judgmental environment that provides guidance and support to individuals and couples. For over 25 years, I have worked with people who struggled with life transitions, relationships, depression, anxiety, co-dependency and grief. I assist people in self-observation in order to feel less overwhelmed which improves coping, relationships, and quality of life. My therapeutic style is goal oriented – consisting of goals created with the client (s). During the first few visit(s), historical information and current situational information is gathered. Then, together, the client(s) and I determine achievable, realistic goals for therapy and structure sessions around the goals. I believe people can achieve their highest potential and find a greater sense of peace through a deeper understanding of self. I look forward
