Therapist Overview

I truly believe that young people are doing their best to navigate life and its difficulties. Sometimes they need a little help on their journey—as we all do at times. Therapy is a process of deep healing and growth that can give young people the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with behaviors, choices, and relationships. It is my gift and my goal to connect with and guide them through a therapeutic process that teaches coping skills, mindfulness, adaptability, and self awareness. Through play therapy, talk therapy, and EMDR, with specialities in queer and trans youth, adoptions, and trauma, I offer clients the tools needed to develop embodiment, regulation, and self-acceptance—the most healing thing of all. Backed by neuroscience, my approach directly engages the brain, targeting the underlying roots of behaviors and emotions. Taking this step as a loving advocate for you
