Therapy can be a significant help in finding relief from difficult feelings such as anger, grief, or sadness. Therapy is also an effective tool in finding solutions and confidence in difficult relationships, or with behaviors that you or a loved one may be struggling with. I acknowledge the courage it can take to seek assistance, as a therapist I always focus on clients strengths. I often work with adults coping with anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, marital issues, bipolar disorder, or chronic hospitalization. I take a special interest in working with trauma, dissociation, and dissociative disorders in children and adults. I identify as a generalist however I have several areas of focus. One focus in my work has been with children who have a trauma history, and behavioral difficulties. Additional focuses have been with adults managing chronic illness, parenting with love and logic, and marriage and family therapy. Working with many different kinds of people and issues
