Therapist Overview
We are all longing to feel loved and to belong. Yet, it is often in the arms of our loved ones where we can be hurt the most. Working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families to deal with the pain that comes with close relationships is at the heart of what I do. Together we can work to help you create new meaning in your life with a stronger voice of authorship, empowering you to find the strength and tools to create a life worth living and relationships worth having. Our goal is to help you heal the root so that you can blossom, turning that pain into purpose. I am a Couple & Family therapist & currently working toward my Ph.D. in CFT. I have worked with clients suffering from stress, anxiety, life transitions, depression, relationship and family dynamics, divorce, infidelity & trauma. Issues of ‘Self’ (i.e., identity, low self-esteem, and self-confidence) are also of particular interest. It is an honor and a privilege for me to have the opportunity to meet each one of you
