My goal is to provide a laid back, welcoming, sex positive and judgement-free environment where you can feel comfortable to explore your thoughts, hopes, and concerns. I believe that therapy works best when the client/therapist relationship is built on a solid foundation of trust and is on an equal footing. I want you to feel heard, empowered and emboldened to face all of life’s challenges. My favorite part about therapy is being able to help my clients identify their strengths and passions in life so that they can accomplish any goal. I generally tend to take more of a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach rather than Psychodynamic approach to therapy. Most of my work has been focused around treating depression and anxiety but I also have experience in marriage/relationship counseling and some sex therapy as well.
