Therapist Overview
My experience includes providing individual, group, and family therapy to adults and adolescents with eating disorders at inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care. In addition to treating eating disorders, I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, life transitions, relationship issues, and identity exploration. Individuals struggling with eating disorders are often judged and misunderstood, even by those who are meant to help them. My goal is to help us create a space where you feel safe to explore, gain insight, and create positive changes in your life. I can’t “fix” it for you– but I can listen, guide, and support you through the challenging process of recovery. I affirm and welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, racial or cultural backgrounds, and body sizes.
