I work with all ages, regardless of sex, race, lifestyle choice, or economic status. If you are having challenges because of anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, or family issues, or if you just need some clarification on working on life goals, I can provide you with assistance. Areas of specialty include but are not limited to: anxiety and/or depression, pre-marital/marital issues, chronic pain/illness, chemical dependency, educational/ vocational attainment, dealing with trauma/abuse from the past, and grief and loss. I also have certification in trauma counseling. I offer telehealth sessions at the rate of your insurance copay.
