Therapy can be a space to expand your sense of yourself. While a specific problem may bring you to therapy, I believe that my patients are often helped by gaining insight into (and ultimately, mastery over) long-standing patterns in their relationships, feelings, or behaviors. This approach helps to create lasting change. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who have a variety of concerns, some of which include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, or a vague sense of being disconnected from oneself.
