My ideal client will have made the decision to commit to a therapeutic intervention and will be willing to share the sometimes challenging work of renewal. I currently work with a number of individuals who experience challenges with depression, anxiety, social skills, attention issues, screen time and other dependency problems. The goal is to integrate a clients values and goals with our ever evolving world I practice and am intensively trained in Dialectic Behavior Therapy. It has proven highly effective in combining acceptance with change. DBT offers concrete skills for those of us who are not as comfortable with conventional talk therapy. As a legitimate behavioral science the research is irrefutable, and offers clients a chance to explore their potential. With a background as a professional musician I am fascinated with how we overcome our challenges in life.
