I work primarily with couples and clients with substance use-related concerns. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental and open space and work collaboratively with my clients in order to identify and work towards treatment goals and assist them in becoming their best selves. I also have experience working with clients with depression and anxiety using a cognitive-behavioral approach. I work from a wellness model, believing that reconnecting with life’s subtle joys can go a long way in enhancing other existing modes of treatment. I specialize in the treatment of addiction and in providing EFT-based couples counseling. In the context of couples counseling, I strive to provide a non-biased, impartial presence and assist clients to identifying relational patterns that are not working in order to provide the opportunity to make the decision to change. Finding a mental health professional can feel like a daunting process. Scheduling that first appointment can be even more daunting. I work from the very first intake appointment to provide a supportive environment for my clients
