Therapist Overview

I offer therapy for older adolescents, adults, and parents. You may be experiencing a major transition or loss, anxiety or depression, or recovering from a traumatic event. Your child may be struggling with challenging behaviors and you need help in how to respond. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to provide a supportive space in which you can gain insight and skills to address problems in a new way. My training is based in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational enhancement. I also have expertise in trauma-specific and parenting interventions. I work collaboratively with clients with a focus on resilience. I have served youth, adults, and parents in a variety of settings since 2004. I am happy to answer any questions you have to see if my skills are a good fit for your therapy needs.
