Therapist Overview
Do you ever feel like you have to hide parts of who you are from the rest of the world? Are you stuck in patterns that feel hard to break? I’m here to help you work through these issues. Many people I work with come in for anxiety, difficulties in relationships, boundaries, perfectionism, creative blocks, low self-esteem. You don’t have to handle these struggles alone. Being in therapy can help you find new perspectives around old issues that keep coming up. I also work with and celebrate people of all genders and sexualities. I maintain curiosity about your unique identity and find it important to hold space for all of you. Therapy can be exciting, but also challenging. Together we can explore the inner most parts of you, parts that may be hard to see on your own. As you bring your experiences in to therapy we can look at how they are manifesting in your life. You will notice change as you take new perspectives from therapy out into the world. We may discover that there are parts of you working in your best interest and other parts working against what you really want. It’s time to look at what’s in your way. ***Currently not accepting new patients, but if you’d like referrals for therapists who work similarly please don’t hesitate to reach out.***
