Are you feeling depressed or anxious? Are you ready to start feeling better? Have you recently gone through a transition, or are struggling to manage stress? We often put others first and forget to leave time for ourselves. There is a way to balance life and to find happiness and not get lost in the everyday busyness of life. For the past 12 years I have been working with a wide variety of clients and consider it an honor to walk with others on their journey. My practice is focused mainly on women’s issues such as postpartum depression/anxiety, self-esteem, and work-life-balance. I know reaching out can be difficult and it is not easy to set aside time to work on yourself. You may want to put it off and hope it gets better on its own.
